Systems Integration/Installation

Already bought a DAW but not sure how to incorporate it into your existing environment? OBEDIA will seamlessly integrate your new workstation and any additional hardware and software into your existing setup and establish an effective workflow for you.  We will consult with you to precisely determine your needs, and if we perform the integration and installation work, the consultancy fee is free. This service includes:

  • Re-integration to current set-up
  • System connectivity
  • Testing
  • Optional training
  • Optional image creation/restoration
  • System inventory

Tune–ups and upgrades

Don’t know how to get the best performance out of your current DAW? Your OBEDIA professional can discuss with you how to optimize your current system and ensure you’re always operating at peak productivity. If we perform the tune-up work, the consultancy fee is free. This service includes:

  • Hardware/Software installation
  • Driver/Application updates
  • System Optimization
  • Operating System Updates
  • Compatibility testing
  • Optional Image creation/restoration
  • System Inventory
  • Upgrade recommendations

Maintenance Contracts

How do you continue getting the best performance out of your DAW long after it has been purchased? When you sign up for an OBEDIA Maintenance Contract, you will get regular scheduled visits from an OBEDIA professional who will keep your system expertly tuned. This will prevent problems before they happen, giving you peace of mind and maximum opportunity to create. Our maintenance contracts include:

  • Optional back-up and archiving
  • OS updates
  • Driver/Application updates
  • Known issue reporting for hardware and software
  • Optional training
  • Optional image creation/restoration
  • Disk maintenance
  • System optimization
  • Quarterly, Monthly or Bi-monthly
  • Upgrade recommendations

After reviewing your system, your OBEDIA specialist will decide how many hours of maintenance you need. The minimum amount of time advised must be taken for at least 6 months to constitute a contract.

Rates

We charge $149 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. After the initial consultation, if you would like OBEDIA to undertake the work advised, a flat fee is quoted and your consultation is free.

Maintenance Contract Rates

After reviewing your system and workflow, an OBEDIA specialist can help you determine the most sensible maintenance schedule. You can choose from bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly or annual visits to keep your system at optimum performance. The minimum amount advised must be taken for at least 6 months to constitute a contract.
